In more than 50 years, the Kaufman & Broad Group has evolved and diversified to become a major player in the French real estate market. Today, our Group is organized around five areas of expertise: residential real estate, managed residences, major urban projects, commercial real estate (offices, retail and hotels) and logistics. These activities bring together a range of complementary skills.

Land development
The land developer looks for development opportunities (building land, sites with potential, etc.) for real estate programs. He studies the feasibility, profitability and negotiates them. He develops a strong network of key players (administrations, various local contacts, etc.).
Some of their daily missions :
- Detect and exploit real estate opportunities through prospecting or through its network
- Develop the technical and financial feasibility of the land for presentation to and approval by General Management
- Negotiate and close the sale agreements

Programs
As a true conductor, the program manager pilots the various stages of one or more real estate programs, from the land prospecting phase to delivery. He/she works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Some of their daily missions :
- Participate in the preparation of the file of the building permit and its obtaining
- Prepare the commercial launch and participate in the management of the marketing strategy
- Coordinate external partners (local authorities, architects, design offices, ecologists, etc.)

« I work exclusively on housing projects, where I am involved from the time the promise to sell is signed by the development department and remain the project’s reference person until the program is delivered and even afterwards. The program manager coordinates all the different stages of the assembly and marketing of a real estate project. He or she is the conductor of a real estate operation: he or she makes sure that the score is well executed and that the tempo is respected. I am fortunate to have a very broad field of action where I can easily implement all my ideas. »
Technical design
The technical design manager is responsible for carrying out and optimizing the technical and financial feasibility of operations. He/she participates in the drafting of the building permit file.
Some of their daily missions :
- Guarantee the technical feasibility of the operation
- Define the global costing of the operation
- Consider all applicable regulations and ensure compliance with Kaufman & Broad Group standards

Technical purchasing
In conjunction with the technical design teams, the Technical Purchasing Department guarantees the profitability of the project by ensuring the negotiation and signature of work contracts with subcontracting construction companies.

- Draft of the tender documents (DCE) in the context of calls for tenders
- Negotiate work costs
- Draft and sign the works contracts

New real estate advisor
The new real estate advisor ensures the marketing of real estate programs throughout France. As such, he is the buyer’s privileged contact throughout the life of the operation, from the first contact with the prospect to the delivery of the operation.

- Present the programs by highlighting their advantages and by making financial simulations

Construction management
The Production Department is responsible for the proper execution of the work and the quality of the finishes. The production teams aim to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of projects during the execution phase and until the end of the operation.
Some of their daily missions :
- Ensure the proper conduct of the site to optimize customer satisfaction
- Analyze and control safety and environmental risks on the job site
- Optimize the organization of the site, from the point of view of quality, profitability and respect of the deadlines
- Supervise the execution of the project during the construction phase
